2008 AMERICAN BUSINESS AWARDS ANNOUNCE FINALISTS

WEBPRO International is honored to be among the remaining 22 finalists for the American Business Awards. Hailed as “the business world’s version of the Oscars” (New York Post), The American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business.

June 12, 2008, WEBPRO will be sharing the stage with General Electric, Accenture and Delphi for the Overall Web Design award. "We’re very pleased to know that we were the only web design firm from the Carolinas that made the list", says Bennie Warshaw, CEO and founder of WEBPRO International.

More than 2,600 entries were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. Nicknamed Stevie for the Greek word “crowned,” the coveted award was designed by the same company that makes the Oscar® and other major awards. Stevie winners will be announced during a gala event at New York’s Marriott Marquis Hotel on Thursday, June 12.
